Your wedding day is one of
the most important, if not the most important, day in your lives, and,
let's face it, after the last piece of wedding cake has been eaten, after
the band has played its last note, and after the flowers have long ago
wilted, what do you have left to remember it all by? Nothing, except for
the photos, which you'll have for the rest of your lives to relive that
all-important day over and over again as the years go by. Knowing this,
does it make sense to hire anyone but the very best to preserve these
precious memories?
Your photographer is the one vendor you will hire that will spend at least
as much time with you as will your closest family and friends. You need
someone who will be sensitive to your needs, your feelings and your
desires on that day. Someone who will not be pushy or overly aggressive
about creating images based on some preconceived notion about what wedding
photos should look like, but rather will photograph the wedding in a way
that will truly capture the mood, the spirit, the emotions, and the fun of
the celebration as you, your family and your guests remember them.
In over twenty years of photographing weddings, I have developed a keen
sense of how special this day is to everyone
involved, and always try to keep a fresh perspective at every wedding I
photograph so that I can create memories that are as personal to you as
the dress you choose to wear, or the flowers you choose to carry down the
aisle. I do this by maintaining a very personal relationship with the
bride and groom from that first phone call to the final creation of a
beautiful wedding album that you will have as a keepsake for generations
to come. I work one-on-one with each bride and groom every step of the way
until the final result is designed and created according to your own
personal tastes.
One of the ways I do this is by keeping the volume of weddings I
photograph at a level that allows me to give each customer the kind of
personal attention they deserve, rather than booking the maximum number of
weddings possible per year, as is common with many larger studios, and
hiring a staff of inexperienced photographers who, more often than not,
haven't even met the bride and groom until the day of the wedding. I
photograph 95% of the weddings I book personally, often with one or two
assistants, as the job requires, and usually have met with the bride and
groom extensively to discuss the details of the wedding well before the
wedding day itself.
In short, I am committed to providing the best, most personal service
possible to every customer I serve, and this shows in my photographs,
since I have already established a close rapport with you by the time your
wedding day arrives. This allows you to feel comfortable and at ease on
that day, knowing that your photographer knows and understands your
personality and your expectations like very few other people involved in
your wedding. I take this commitment very seriously, and take great pride
in knowing that your wedding photos will remain one of your most cherished
possessions for many years after that one special day.

"Having Lorry
Robin photograph our ceremony and reception was one of the best wedding
decisions we made. He was always very professional and very punctual. He
listened to what we wanted and made sure all the appropriate pictures were
taken. Of course, the best thing about working with Lorry is the quality
of his work. He takes much pride in his work, and it shows! It is
outstanding! In so many of the photos, he truly captured the spirit and
feelings of the day. There are several really beautiful pictures of us and
our family that we will treasure forever.
"We knew that the wedding photos would turn out well when after the
wedding, we received several compliments on the conscientious job the
photographer seemed to be doing!
"Lastly, I must comment on our wedding album. Lorry spent time with us and
helped us size and place the pictures we chose in a such a way that it
essentially tells the story of our wedding day. It is really a beautiful
work of art."

"My husband and I wanted
to have a lot of candid shots without having a photographer following
us around on our wedding night or interfering with our celebration.
Lorry Robin did a tremendous job. He managed to get numerous great
shots, while remaining unobtrusive. I would highly recommend Lorry
Robin because he takes high quality pictures without being "in your
face." You don't feel like you are being photographed, yet you end up
with excellent pictures. He has a very laid-back style, yet he
followed my strict instructions and took great, great pictures."
"Lorry did such a terrific job capturing
the greatest day of our lives. He listened to us and photographed the
type of pictures that we wanted taken. He fully exceeded all our
expectations. We recommend Lorry Robin to everyone."

"Lorry Robin is the ultimate wedding
photographer. I wanted a good photographer who would take the pictures of
my daughter's wedding but not be disruptive. Lorry does a great job and
you don't know he's there."
"When we received the pictures, we were thrilled! We had so many choices,
and Lorry captured the essence of the wedding."
"I have been to many affairs and seen many photographers, but none has his
compatible style that makes him "fit in" without you noticing he's there."
"I strongly recommend Lorry. I have used him for two weddings and a Bar
Mitzvah already."

"When the music stopped
playing and the guests went home from our children's wedding, we were
left with our wonderful memories. Lorry Robin made sure he
photographed all of the moments we wanted to remember. We were
delighted with his work. His pictures are beautiful; he captured
everything of importance, and his presence and professionalism made
picture taking a pleasure. Lorry, we thank you for a great job!"

"From our initial meeting through our wedding day, it was an absolute
pleasure to work with Lorry Robin. We had no idea what we wanted or needed
and Lorry gave us wonderful, useful advice. In addition, we couldn't
believe how fast the proofs were available. The quality of Lorry's work
was amazing (especially the candids) and we show our wedding album to
everyone who visits. Since we wanted our wedding to be recreated each time
we looked at the photos or the album, only the best photography would be
acceptable. By far, Lorry Robin Photography was the right choice."

"We are extremely happy with the quality of our wedding pictures taken by
Lorry Robin. He took so many pictures, so we had a huge amount from which
to choose. Every print we saw got better and better. We couldn't part with
any of them! Lorry's friendly, yet professional demeanor at our wedding
made us so comfortable. We knew we did not have to worry about a thing. He
is a truly talented photographer."
